Food glorious Food!
Within walking distance are so many incredible restaurants and cafes. Here’s a selection of some of my favourites. 😋

This is my favourite restaurant. If you love Indian food, you will love Swagat.
The quality of the food is exceptional and value for money is so good!
My favourite is the Chicken Saag and their Naan bread is incredible. I order a special Naan bread with cheese, spinach, garlic and spice all in one. It’s not on the menu, but if you ask for it, Naresh will make it for you. 😉

The Boat Shed is the restaurant that Cotton Tree is famous for. There is the fine dining option, or you can go more casual for tapas and cocktails, or you can just go for takeaway fish and chips. The best time to go is sunset. It’s the perfect location to enjoy sunset, under the cotton trees and right on the river.
When you’re feeling like a really good pizza 🍕 or pasta, Cenzo’s is the place to go. Vinnie is a legend and takes great pride in his food.
I can’t go past the Vinnie’s special pizza. It has all my favourite things. And their gluten free bases are delicious!
Either take away and enjoy on the River or dine in and BYO from the bottle shop next door.

QCamel are open for visitors some Saturdays and you need to book. It’s a great place to get up close and personal with some beautiful camels and learn all about the industry. A great outing with kids or as a family.

This farm is great for kids. Very interactive. It had horse rides and a tractor ride. It’s not commercialised and just feels like you are visiting someone’s huge friendly farm as a guest. A great place to pack your lunch and have a picnic there.
