Avoid Rush Hour!
Dubai Marina as lovely as it is sees some of the worst traffic around Dubai. Especially around Thursdays & Fridays from 4 pm onward and Saturday - Wednesday from 5 pm - 09 pm
Where possible, avoid leaving the apartment around these times.
A trick when taking a taxi is to let them drop you off on the main road where it is just a short 5 minute walk to the apartment.
