The Blackwater Creek Trail is one of the most popular in the city. It follows along the Blackwater Creek was built along an abandoned railway bed This 3-mile paved trail is perfect for jogging, walking, or biking.
Public parking is available at both the Ed Page and East Randolph Place entrances. Restrooms are available at the Ed Page entrance.

Located in a historic building on the edge of downtown Lynchburg, Virginia, this unique studio is just two blocks from the James River.
In the upper level of our building, candles are hand-poured. The walls are exposed brick from the original foundation built in the late 1890s. The scent of warm wax fills the air up to the 15 feet high ceilings. On the main level, there is a small gallery.
All of the candles are cotton-wicked, 100% pure, and crafted from highly filtered beeswax that has been "filter polished" (never bleached) to its natural, creamy white color.
You will love the unique, sustainable, and clean-burning candles.
