Pinhook park is just a short walk up the road from where you are standing. The City of South Bend recently invested over a million dollars into this amazing natural resource. It's one of the things that really attracted us to this particular location.
At the park you will find:

~ Handicap-accessible kayak launch
~ Great fishing spots
~ Playground
~ Community center & events
~ Walking path
~ Memorial garden
~ Picnic tables & grills.
