About 45 mins to an hour's drive (be careful if parking on the side of the road to ensure all wheels are off the road, or you may get a parking ticket).
The 70 / 70A / 70B bus goes to Whitsand from the city centre.

A beautiful long beach - huge expanses of sand at low tide. Stunning cliffs and views. Adventure Bay offer surf board hire and lessons. Don't miss the wonderful Cliff Top Cafe.
