There are only a few places in the town of Jamestown and Russel Springs, outside of fast food. However, these are our recommendations and what we have found to be yummy during our visits! We have also included a couple favorites in Sommerset. Sommerset is about a 45 minute drive from the house.
If you are in the mood for some good 'ole fashion fried chicken, this is your place! This is served family style and is quick and easy for a last minute dinner!

We absolutely LOVE eating on the water! With more restaurants and marinas than ever before on the lake, the options are better than ever!
A lakeside favorite! Fishtales sits right on the dock at Wolf Creek Marina just outside of Jamestown. You can get anything from delicious Mahi bites (blackened is the way to go!) to fish and chips or a delicious sandwich or salad. Often times the weekends will have live music and the buckets of beer are cold!

The Mariana Rowena Cafe is by far our favorite place on the lake. The views. The service. The food. The ice cream. The ship store. (we've also heard this is the cheapest place to fuel up on the boat!)
Some of our favorites here are the wings (sweet chili sauce is the 💣.com), pizza, fresh fish sammies and more! Don't forget to save room for dessert though! They always have really yummy homemade ice cream flavors!

Marina Rowena

Some of our favorites here are the wings (sweet chili sauce is the 💣.com), pizza, fresh fish sammies and more! Don't forget to save room for dessert though! They always have really yummy homemade ice cream flavors!
