Neighborhoods
Duncan is a rapidly growing town. It has quickly become a suburb for Greenville and Spartanburg. It boasts its own Waterpark, and is literally minutes away from the BMW manufacturing plant and Greenville Spartanburg International Airport. Our home is in the subdivision of Escavara, the neighborhood is picturesque and friendly. Many people walk and ride their bikes throughout the subdivision. The community pool is really great, it is within walking distance but also offers free parking if you wish to drive. The Barn Yard Flea market only a 2 mile drive, is open every Sat and Sunday and is bustling with fresh baked good and produce, as well as crafts and bargain finds. There are also many restaurants near by to please any palate
Downtown Greenville is a 25 minute drive, Greenville is now considered a boutique town and it boasts the beautiful Falls Park with its' impressive suspension foot bridge and waterfall, additionally there is an awesome children's museum as well as a really neat zoo. The variety of restaurants, breweries and boutique shops will meet everyone's expectations.
Spartanburg is 20 minutes away and has been revitalizing its old manufacturing buildings and restaurants into unique outdoor restaurant and brewery venues
