We are soo very lucky to have this restaurant so close to the condo. People travel from all over to eat breakfast at this fantastic restaurant. Just exit out the back entrance and walk 1 block to Basilio Badillo. And you are there! Their food and service is impecable.

Food scene
Great Mexican food and excellent drinks. You will love the atmosphere and the excellent service. This is one of my favorite places and it is very very close to 105 Sailview. Just exit out the back entrance and walk 1 block to Basilio Badillo. Turn left (notice Fredy Tucan) and walk 2 blocks. Their margaritas are amazingly smooth and delicious. AND STRONG! good news is that it is only a short walk back to the condo! Enjoy!

Margarita Grill

Sightseeing
The pirate ship sunset cruise has a fireworks show every night and the rooftop of your condo is the BEST place to watch it!! It is generally shortly after sunset. So check out the sunset from the pool and hang out for another 40 minutes to see the fireworks.

This area of Puerto Vallarta has some of THE BEST clubs and bars and you are only 3 blocks away from an amazing night bar hopping. Just exit out the back entrance of the building and walk 3 blocks, turn right and you will find lots of really fun clubs to dance and drink.

Zone Romantica
This area of Puerto Vallarta has some of THE BEST clubs and bars and you are only 3 blocks away from an amazing night bar hopping. Just exit out the back entrance of the building and walk 3 blocks, turn right and you will find lots of really fun clubs to dance and drink.

ATMs to get pesos
Mexico uses the $ symbol for pesos as well, so dont be confused when the ATM says the fee is $80. That is pesos.
You will come to a screen that will display the conversion rate including a line that says "Markup included:" some are 5% some are 12%. On that screen you will notice at the bottom right is ACCEPT. Do not touch that. On the bottom left is DECLINE. Touch that. You are not declining the transaction; it will still process the transaction. You are declining their marked up conversion rate. 12% is basically paying and extra $50 for $400. Always click DECLINE there.
