We really loved our ride on the river so very much fun. Everything from beginners to extremists kayaking. We just bounced down on a tube, the water is really, uh, refreshing (code for cold)

Only 50 minutes from here you can book a trail ride with an amazing view of the waterfall from the crows nest. Even if you forget the time change (they're in central time) check out Mentone a small area with unique treasures.

If you're up for a 2 hr. drive this is a wonderful town to visit. Great shops, Harvest restaurant is a wonderful place to eat, reservations are needed though. Most importantly you can take a ride on a train and feel the roll of the train car.

Fun stuff for kids
This place is WONDERFUL!! The kids can jump bounce Zipline play in the ball pit dodgeball and basketball! Most importantly there are massage chairs for hard working moms and dads! It’s a monthly spot for us 😁
