Neighborhood grocery stores... Ever wonder what happened to them? Me neither. But according to some people they've gone out of style over the last few decades.
Insert Market 5-ONE-5. With a focus on wholesome, local produce, meats, seafoods, and quality items. This updated style of what appeared to be all but obsolete, is now at your disposal just a few blocks away. Personally, I spend most of my money here based on convenience alone. They even have a beer and wine happy hour you can enjoy out on their patio from 2-6 every day except weekends.

915 R StNeighborhood grocery stores... Ever wonder what happened to them? Me neither. But according to some people they've gone out of style over the last few decades.
Insert Market 5-ONE-5. With a focus on wholesome, local produce, meats, seafoods, and quality items. This updated style of what appeared to be all but obsolete, is now at your disposal just a few blocks away. Personally, I spend most of my money here based on convenience alone. One of the R street specials, this building has plenty of history. A true 'public house' that offers a wonderful selection of draught beers, most of which are from Great Britain and Ireland, fine wines, and a full selection of liquors. Though not one of my personal favorites; It has a reputation for "Best Breakfast" in Sacramento, winning in this category numerous times in the past.
