Historic neighborhood runs roughly from Salisbury University at the south end to downtown Salisbury on the north, and from the Wicomico River on the west to Rte 13 on the east. Camden Ave is the main road. Wide, walkable streets with old-growth trees and most homes from pre-1930s. Clearly marked bike lanes.
