This is a bit of a drive from our place but the views make up for the drive! The hike goes through an old growth forest and is part of the Trans-Canada trail. A must see especially in the fall months during the Salmon run. But great all year round for a hike or picnic. There is also a educational centre down the trail where you can learn more about the unique eco-system in the area.

On a hot day this is the place to go! Its a Quarry that has filled up from an under group spring. The water is crystal clear and you can see 80 meters down into its depths.
Sugested to bring a life jacket for the kids or if you are not a strong swimmer.
