This is "the spot" in Oakhurst for socializing and grabbing a great bite. Not just burgers, South Gate has a fairly extensive menu including salads from local Kern's farm, fish & chips, green curry, philly steak sandwiches, sliders and much more. The brew their own beer and also carry a large selection of handpicked California craft beers.

My favorite of all the local towns, Mariposa has charm to spare. Home to great restaurant including 1850 which is both a brewery and a restaurant. Try the "Bear Fighter" beer. For a more casual, family friendly spot opt for the large menu at Happy Burger Diner. Our favorite is the guacamole chicken sandwich.

My favorite of all the local towns, Mariposa has charm to spare. Home to great restaurant including 1850 which is both a brewery and a restaurant. Try the "Bear Fighter" beer. For a more casual, family friendly spot opt for the large menu at Happy Burger Diner. Our favorite is the guacamole chicken sandwich.
