Great lunch and dinner. Excellent drinks, all around delicious. The BEST guacamole you'll ever have. Favorites: Guac, Ramen, Burger, Date Pudding and everything else is pretty spectacular as well! Some other favorites include the Ramen, and their fish dishes are usually VERY good.

Just around the corner - EASILY walkable. Great casual Thai food, to eat in OR take out! Extensive menu. Favorites: Chicken Satay, Stir Fried Broccoli w/ Shrimp, Basil Fried Rice, Pad Woonsen. Lunch specials. We love taking out and enjoying our meal in the apartment, or on the deck in the Summer.

Just up the road we have a small lake, with beach and food shack. It's great for children and has ample parking. Cedar Lake is only open to Chester residents, so if you're interested, please let us know and we'll get a parking pass for you.

Just over the river in Lyme, CT is a state park with trails and a small waterfall. A great place to picnic and hike! Just down the road is the Fox Hopyard Golf Course and restaurant. Open to the public, with beautiful outdoor dining - from burgers to more. Food isn't spectacular but the outdoor tables and vista over the golf course are certainly worth it!

Open to the public, with beautiful outdoor dining - from burgers to more. Food isn't spectacular but the outdoor tables and vista over the golf course are certainly worth it!
