Downtown Boise has much to offer and is an easy drive from our Air BnB. From Boise State University football games played on The Blue, to concerts, Steelhead hockey games, the Boise Zoo , shops and eats to discover, wonderful old architecture mixed in with new along with the Greenbelt to walk in ride bikes on....there's a lot to see and do.

Day Trips
Places like Shoshone, McCall, Stanley to see the Sawtooth Mountains are just a day trip away. If you have questions on places to go, what to do let us know. There is much to see and explore in ID - we have been to quite a few places and have more to explore but would be glad to help you.

Stanley - Sawtooth Mountains
Stanley offers the spectacular Sawtooth Mountain Range - 10,000 ft elevation and higher . Crystal clear and cold alpine mountain water, mining history, camping, hiking and more can be found in the Stanley area. Yankee Fork Gold Dredge, Old Ghost Mining towns , Places to eat and a nice drive down into Ketchum and Sun Valley back around to Boise and our Air BnB

McCall
McCall is a charming mountain town nestled against Payette Lake. Cascade, Tamarack and Brundage are nearby for additional exploring of the area. While in McCall there are trails for hiking and biking, a chance to see wildlife ( please don't stand too close to them), soak up some fresh mountain air, and maybe catch a sighting of their lake monster Sharlie. Each winter McCall holds the Winter Festival and in the summer the antique wooden boat show.
