This is a great place to buy fresh fruit and vegetables. They also juice the fruit, and sell it in half or full liter bottles. My favorite is the watermelon juice, but all of them are amazing.

This is a bar, that is close to being a nightclub. Mexico nightlife tends to be more of a bar scene with dancing, then a nightclub like in Canada or the US. The vibe in these places is very fun, and there is not really a traditional 'dance floor'. If the live music moves you (and it will), enjoy it however you want!

My good friend Adolfo owns and operates this car rental business. Mention my name, and say Dylan wants your insurance at no extra cost. He loves it when I pull that one on him! Great guy, and fluent in English. There are a large number of newer vehicles in the fleet to choose from. They also do chauffeur services, or pick ups and drop offs at the Merida or Cancun airports.
