This is a recently developed Quirky concept of renovating Containers and converting them into small shops of 27m2 each in size. Colourful display, each with its own unique tenant. Some live music Midweek on Wednesdays where you can walk around and sample some of the foods of different countries. A fun experience and close to where we are accommodated - within walking distance.

There are many restaurants, bookshops, barbers, pharmacies and newspaper cafes all within walking distance, no need to use a car or transport to reach these. If you enjoy walking, or running, there are some pretty steep hills, otherwise most of the area is fairly flat. Cyclists have used bikes in the area, but there are no specifically designated cycle tracks in Melville, these are more in the area of the Universities, approximately 2 kms away.

Uber and Tuk-tuks in the area
The Uber taxis park right outside our property and Tuk-Tuk's area available with a quick call for short trips to local shopping which is slightly too far to walk to.
