Restaurants will ask you Red or Green? They are referring to Chile (as in actual red or green chiles, not a meaty Texas Chile).
They heat will depend on the season/the batch.
Try it. It may. be hot. It may be mild. You can ask them, but it's all subjective. When in Rome... or in New Mexico...
Just do it. You may cry, you may sweat. But, please don't say no Chile. You can say Chile on the side.
Christmas is half red/ half green Chile.

Bring a good moisturizer and a healing ointment (like Aquaphor). If you forget we have both. Allergy medicine is recommended because of all the evergreens and allergens. Drink loads of water before coming and while here, the altitude is 7199 feet and you want to avoid a headache.
