You'll be able to get the basics, but for veggies and fruit and other healthy options you'll need to head to the larger grocery stores in South Hill VA (Food Lion, Walmart, Piggly Wiggly) or Littleton NC (Food Lion). This store does have lots of shelf stable items as well as beer, wine, milk, eggs, ice cream and other basics. You can also find those items you may have forgotten like flip flops, sun screen etc.
