Running
I run this often. There is a sidewalk route by the road, or a dirt trail you can take as well. Nice little get away by not going far.

The PATCO is a short walk from my house.
Take the PATCO to Philly, and do t worry about parking. Get off at 8th and Market for most destinations. $5.10 per person for a round trip. Not bad when you consider the bridge toll is $5.00
