A beautiful beach on the Atlantic coast that stretches a few miles. If you arrive early in the morning, you can catch a beautiful sunrise. Here you can rent beach chairs, bikes, take a stroll on the boardwalk. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, bars and other stores located all along the strip of the beach.

Hollywood Dog Beach
4999 North Surf RoadIf you brought your doggos with you on your trip then this may be the spot for you. Here you can have your dog unleashed so they can enjoy a little sun-tanning. Just make sure to follow the regulations board posted at the entrance of the beach and take little bags to clean up your dog’s waste or you may be subject to a fine.
Food scene

This is a MASSIVE farmers market just a 5 minute walk to the entrance from the property. Simply walk south, make a right on Taft street and it’s just past the expressway and train tracks. Here you’ll find an endless supply of different cuisines: Jamaican, Peruvian, Cuban, Thai, Filipino, Creole, American Barbecue, Italian, Vegan, just to name a few. There’s also live music, a produce market and clothing/jewelry stores. You can easily spend all day here just trying and endless supply of delicious foods and browsing all the local artisanal stores.

This 1500 acre nature center is the largest in Broward; a coastal mangrove wetland rich in plant and animal life, including some threatened and endangered species. Here you’ll find an amphitheater, biking, fishing nature trails, picnic areas, art and an observation tower.
