The Abbey which is an old monastery is well worth a visit quite interesting and a very nice setting. It’s only 5 minutes by car from the cottage should you prefer to drive and spend some time there. Only a 25/30 min walk so lovely way to spend the day too.

Located in Dunragit only 10 minutes drive form the cottage with wonderful views. Lovely woodland garden. Lots of lovely things to see or a nice place to sit and have a picnic.
