This is the only National Museum to World War One. It is Smithsonian quality. If you are interested in history, It is a must-see. Plan on 4-6 hours. Be sure to take in the KC skyline by going up the elevator to the top of the Liberty Memoiral Tower.

There are about 100 miles of paved streamways trails near me. Whether running, walking, rollerblading, or biking, this is a great place to enjoy nature. My favorit is the trail out to Nelson Island in the Kansas river.
