Because we go there every morning for a perfect cup of coffe and our favorite avocado toast! The croissants and bagels are excellent there too!
We recommend the Jake and Taylor.. it's basically the bestthing on the menu.

The old trees and the historic bridge is what the Victorians used as "breathings spaces" as a refuge from the stifling city heat in the summers. Perfect place to go running, bring the dog for a walk, or take a picnic! Say hello to the nuns on your walk!

Take a left out of the Apartment, turn right at Bushwick Ave. then walk about 5 mins up the hill. Cross the street and the Green Subway balls will be between two car dealerships. Very safe and well lit at night.
