The 3,846-square-foot clubhouse with meeting and event space will overlook the courts while also allowing for views of rolling hills, streams and wetlands. The 30 acre site will house fifty-one USTA standard courts to include six NCAA regulation courts, three center courts for tournament and collegiate play, one exhibition court, and twelve courts lined for 10&Under tennis.

Because of its strategic advantages, this area was long occupied by the Creek and later the Cherokee people. National leaders such as Major Ridge and John Ross resided here before Indian Removal.
