Omeru Falls
A series of three waterfalls - Omeru Falls, Waitangi Falls and Waitangi Stream Cascade, is located in Omeru Pā Scenic Reserve on the east side of the Kaipara Coast Highway between Kaukapakapa and the Makarau River. A great BBQ area and multiple swimming spots make these waterfalls and Scenic Reserve a very popular place among the locals. Just 5 mins drive away.

Orewa boasts some great restaurants and bars and summer time is the best time to enjoy them. Have dinner and a stroll along Orewa Beach. Most of the main restaurants and bars are located on Hibiscus Coast Highway. Our recommendation is Cheek & Chong - OPEN HOURS Monday: 5pm - late - Tuesday-Friday: 12pm - late - Saturday - Sunday: 9am - late.
Helensville (our local township) has some great little shops, takeaways and a few cafes for breakfast. As well as a supermarket and medical centre. Visit our favourite local cafe/restaurant The Butcher Baker is located at 5 Commercial Road Helensville.
