The folks who run five-star rated, internationally acclaimed Frasca next door opened this pizza spot next door a few years back, and its incredible...but not for those looking for huge, cheap Jersey style slices. Fresh dough, incredible ingredients all around, even the pizza oven was imported from Naples. Highly recommend.

This spot is one of the yummiest for any tummy. Boulder's full of folks with food restrictions, and whether you're vegetarian, gluten-free, or have no restrictions at all, Fresh Thyme's food is healthy and delicious.

If you're going to have a car while here, Brainard Lake is amazing if you're looking to get into some GORGEOUS nature. From here at the house, you're much closer than you'd be in town to the Brainard Lake Recreation Area (part of the Indian Peaks Wilderness Area)...which is STUNNING, and certainly worth committing a day to visit. Just 18 miles deeper into the mountains (~41m drive, cause of the windy roads)...worth every second!

From here at the house, you're much closer than you'd be in town to the Brainard Lake Recreation Area (part of the Indian Peaks Wilderness Area)...which is STUNNING, and certainly worth committing a day to visit. Just 18 miles deeper into the mountains (~41m drive, cause of the windy roads)...worth every second!
