You can take a taxi to PITX bus terminal. at PITX take a van or bus with MOLINO-PALIPARAN Route. tell driver to drop you at gate of Avida Residences, Sta. Catalina Village. at the main gate, take the Shuttle for Phase 1. tell driver to drop you at Blk 19 lot 6 phase 1
