Legon Botanical Gardens is a beautiful outdoor play space for persons of all age. Visitors come into conference with Nature at Legon Botanical Gardens. It is super amazing. Best time to get there is in the early morning between 8 am and 12noon when the weather isn't too hot. There is a canopy walk, beautiful colourful playground for children and a rope walk session. One of the ultimate best time places in Accra. Oh, you can also have a ride on the lake (Canoeing).

Neighborhoods

I grew up in Nima. Nima is one of the most impoverished, yet flourishing and diverse business areas in Accra, Ghana. A large number of migrant workers from rural Ghana & neighbouring countries find their way into Nima and make it their home. The beauty of Nima is visible and appreciated in the cultural & religious diversity of the community. There’s no better day to experience the Nima market vibe than on Wednesdays. Nima Market is the grains and spices hub of Accra. Some of these spices and grains are imported from as far as Nigeria, Mali, Niger and other West African countries. Beans, peanuts, millet, soya beans, maize, powdered pepper, curry, the list goes on and on.
