Atlanta has abundant choices for dining. These are just some of my special favorites...as you can tell, I appreciate a good brunch!
Alon's is the go to for baked goods. Its a wonderful local artisan bakery- think delicious cheeses, warm melt in your mouth pastries and to-go sandwiches and salads. Morningside retreat favorites are the pistachio croissant and the cinnamon twist! This neighborhood favorite has been a place to sit and people watch solo or with a furry companion. At just a mile away it's walkable way to work off those calories!

For a cool European cafe vibe on peachtree rd complete with gregorian statues this cafe does not disappoint whether early in the morning or late into the evening!
Try their sweet or savory crepes or any of their enormous selection of delicious deserts in what seems like a mile-long glass cake case! And do have an extensive coffee menu (with optional adult additions) and beautiful hot chocolate for sipping.
They have easy garage parking that is free with a stamp from the cafe.

It's small, eclectic, and cozy. And it's right across the street from the beautiful historic Oakland cemetery, which makes for a nice scenic walk if you're waiting on a table. I personally love the Vegetarian "chicken" fried teak with mashed potatoes.
