Adams Morgan is a neighborhood about 15 min by Uber. It is filled with great bars, restaurants and shopping. It's a bit more mature than some of the other areas such as U st or Dupont Circle, so we like it a bit better. We have added specific great places in the guidebook that we like- Jack Rose is a must!

U street is for really hitting the town- so many great bars and clubs- Nelly's is so much fun, and service bar has amazing and unique cocktails

Traffic is terrible, and parking is tough to find- just get an uber.

The food here is amazing!
There is so much amazing food here- world renowned chefs, so many small, family owned restaurants including every type of cuisine known to man- do not get subway or cheesecake factory- try something you haven't had before or something unique to DC- you will love it!
