Bill's Burgers is located on a lovely courtyard in historic downtown Marble Falls, Texas. They serve burgers, fries, and offer a full service bar as well. Grab a seat out on the courtyard and enjoy the live music on Saturday evenings.

Charming winery and vineyard offering several different tour and tasting experiences. Family friendly, beautiful scenery and delicious wines. Just a 30 minute drive away in Kingsland, TX, and worth the drive.

Developed in the 1930s by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC), the park’s main attraction is Longhorn Cavern, an underground wonder created by the dissolving and cutting action of an ancient river. Enjoy a guided cave tour, hike a Hill Country trail, and admire some of Texas' best examples of historic CCC architecture.

Fredericksburg is a charming Hill Country town just an hour drive from our lake house, where you can enjoy shopping, sightseeing, fine dining, and fantastic art galleries.
On the drive from Horseshoe Bay to Fredericksburg, you will drive through the Texas Wine Country. Enjoy the gorgeous views, and stop in and visit one of the wineries along the way.
You will also drive by Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park. This is a fun family stop where you can visit the ranch where Lyndon B. Johnson grew up, and continued to to live throughout his life. You will see the LBJ Ranch, Texas White House, family cemetery, the old Junction School. You can pick up a map at the Visitor Center and drive through the Ranch on your own, stopping if you choose, to go inside any of the buildings on the Ranch.
When you get to Fredericksburg, you will find a charming, historical town center filled with unique shops, restaurants, art galleries and more.
There are also some great museums for the history buffs. Our favorite is the National Museum of the Pacific War, which is located in Fredericksburg because Chester W, Nimitz, who commanded the United States Pacific Fleet in World War II, hails from Fredericksburg, Texas!

Fredericksburg

On the drive from Horseshoe Bay to Fredericksburg, you will drive through the Texas Wine Country. Enjoy the gorgeous views, and stop in and visit one of the wineries along the way.
You will also drive by Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park. This is a fun family stop where you can visit the ranch where Lyndon B. Johnson grew up, and continued to to live throughout his life. You will see the LBJ Ranch, Texas White House, family cemetery, the old Junction School. You can pick up a map at the Visitor Center and drive through the Ranch on your own, stopping if you choose, to go inside any of the buildings on the Ranch.
When you get to Fredericksburg, you will find a charming, historical town center filled with unique shops, restaurants, art galleries and more.

At Bay Marine you can rent, buy and store boats, jet skis, standing paddle boards, life jackets for people and dogs, etc.
You can pop in to gas up your water craft or pick up a drink or snack at their shop, and there is a public boat ramp.
They also do boat repairs and sell new and used boats and jet skis.
