No cars allowed. This is a superb spot to take photos of Downtown. From lower Broadway walk toward the river. Turn right at the river and u will see the bridge. Take elevator or stairs up. There is no better place for viewing Downtown as a whole.

Pedestrian BridgeNo cars allowed. This is a superb spot to take photos of Downtown. From lower Broadway walk toward the river. Turn right at the river and u will see the bridge. Take elevator or stairs up. There is no better place for viewing Downtown as a whole.
