The view is absolutely amazing. You will love it. Don't miss this one, especially now while it's still free. But even though it's only a 3/4 mile hike, this is Arizona. It is very hot in the summer. Do not go without good hiking shoes and plenty of water, there is a hill on the walk to the view.

It is very hot in the summer. Do not go without good hiking shoes and plenty of water, there is a hill on the walk to the view.
Swirling sandstone, oh so photogenic. One of the best places to photograph in the Southwest or the world. Getting a permit is tricky but if you get the opportunity, take it!
