As pattaya beach is not the prettiest beach you’ll find in Thailand, it’s well worth making the short journey to Ko Larn. It’s 45 minutes by ferry and costs only 30 baht from Bali hai pier. Or you can charter a speedboat. It’s stunning beaches rival the south of Thailand. You can go snorkeling and see the monkeys on naul beach. Rent a jet ski or banana boat on tawaen beach. Or just bask in the sun and swim in the sea in any of Ko larns beaches. Motorbikes can be hired in the village of naban and it’s a lot safer to drive here than pattaya city as there are very few cars on the road. You can also get around by sangthaew. Take a break from the hectic streets of pattaya and relax and unwind on this beautiful coral island.
