It used to be the very first Milwaukee County Zoo and is now just a beautiful park.
Great play grounds and sidewalks to run/walk.
Urban Ecology Nature Center is connected to this park, which is a nonprofit organization where you can rent gear such as canoes, kayaks, cross country skis etc!
In the summer they have live music and food trucks every Wednesday night 5pm-9pm.
