Great views whilst walking over the Alexandra Headland. The HMAS Brisbane gives historical informtion and there are BBQ areas if you want to enjoy the view for a little longer. It can get busy, so be early for a good parking spot. Many restaurants and cafes can be found in Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headland all accessible within 1km of a hilly walk from the HMAS Brisbane. It is just over 4kms from JaynEm's.

Bike Hire on the Sunshine Coast
Cycling is a great way to see the Sunshine Coast. We have a bike path which starts on Duporth Ave where you can ride for an hour or more going in both directions!
From JaynEm's, Noosa is about 30min easy driving. Follow Duporth Ave / Bradman Ave until you get to the Maroochydore Bridge at the 2nd set of lights. Put your GPS on and go to Noosaville where you'll find the bike hire shop at 12/20 Venture Drive, Noosaville. Parking is 'tight' as it's a popular area so get there nice and early.

20 Venture DrFrom JaynEm's, Noosa is about 30min easy driving. Follow Duporth Ave / Bradman Ave until you get to the Maroochydore Bridge at the 2nd set of lights. Put your GPS on and go to Noosaville where you'll find the bike hire shop at 12/20 Venture Drive, Noosaville. Parking is 'tight' as it's a popular area so get there nice and early.

Two bus stops are within 250m of JaynEm's.
Route 200 & 220 takes you to Noosa. Walk out of our complex and turn left. Keep walking until you are just about at the traffic lights. The buses are fairly regular.
Maroochydore - Cross over Duporth Ave and turn left. Walk down across the road and outside the park is the bus stop. It will take you to the Sunshine Coast Plaza where there are connecting buses for all areas of the Sunshine Coast.

Cotton Tree Markets are open Sunday 7am - midday and selling local artists creations, fashion, homewares and special treats to eat. It is surrounded by cafes to enjoy breakfast and lunch.
Located approximately 31km from JaynEm's this iconic world famous market is open Wednesday 8am - 1pm and Saturday 7am - 2pm. From the history of the markets to the town of Eumundi and the stalls themselves, this is a must see. Get there early for a good parking space and be captivated by what's for sale and the gourmet food stalls.
