Nelly loves this place for breakfast and lunch, as it gives you all the healthy plant-based options, both sweet and savoury! Great concept and pretty successful. Amazing selection of hot and cold beverages. Try the mushroom hot chocolate with a salty caramel bar or a beetroot-rose latte.

Very decent beer selection and a carnivores heaven. Very lively in the evening but they also have a back deck. Francois the owner is a neat guy and they take pride in what they do.

Heather is a friend of ours. She and her husband carefully roast the beans in town and they won't disappoint! There might be a wait in the morning as they are quite popular! They also carry some bread from our artisan bakery friends 'Summit Bread' in Tofino!

Best fish'n'ships in town. They have an indoor area for those rainy days. We always get the lingcod instead of the salmon. Best fish for that sort of thing.

Superb spot for your lunch and dinner. Make sure to sit out back if there is room to soak in that sun! The owner is the former chef of the Long Beach Lodge and the historical building used to be the officer's casino.

Interesting spot right ON the water. Like to go there for a greasy fix and beer when its sunny. Not so nice inside, but a true 'harboury' atmosphere. Beware of the steep ramp leading down to it at low tide!

The very best pizza in town hands down. They import their tomatoes from Italy and use a wood fired stone oven for that authentic taste. Call ahead to take out and yes, they are cash only. Abbondanza cheese is my favorite inexpensive choice. One pizza 'can' feed two.

Its the local resort and a great place for a scenic lunch (mesmerizing view) and a polished option for lunch and dinner. We like to go to the float lounge for an informal beer and snack at the end of the day.

The best way to soak in the vibe on Chesterman Beach while having a beverage. They also offer beach chairs, so its a win right there! Oh and did I mention the open fireplace! PERFECT in the storm-watching season!

After years of restoring the old church building to its new glory, Ucluelet is proud to add this prime location to our collective inventory. The setting overlooking the inlet reflects the vibrancy Ucluelet in its core is about. Great beer and a neat choice of small snacks (pretzels and mustard!) round of a relaxing spot to meet and greet. Go grab the nook beneath the bell tower if it ever is vacant!

Once Tofino wakes up, there will be a long lineup in the summer. Its so good, that the RCMP built their new station right next to it! (look, its just too coincidental. Donuts, right? KIDDING!!)
