Hyde Park is Sydney's oldest park. Locals gather to sunbake on its lawns while buskers entertain them. The park also hosts much-loved events such as parts of the Sydney Festival in January and the Night Noodle Markets during October. It is also the starting point for the City2Surf race in August.
