Really predictable neighborhood bar grill food that is next door to Fisher's Grill, which has live music in the evening. Located in Fisher Park a short walk to downtown GSO and First Presbyterian Church is across the street. Amazingly beautiful old church.

A Downtown Greensboro Dive Bar that offers a predictable atmosphere with good food, lots of TVs, and a calendar of live music that will hopefully be filled back up just like preCovid. It is a fun night when the music is playing but prepare for a crowd with a lot of dancing..even on a weeknight it's too fun to go home .... Better ask your mom first..

It is a fun night when the music is playing but prepare for a crowd with a lot of dancing..even on a weeknight it's too fun to go home .... Better ask your mom first..
Excellent seasonal menu, food is so yum. Expect a good long wait at the predictably busy times.

The Historic Magnolia House was in the Greenbook and has been brought back into full service. It is beautiful. I took my Mom here for Mother's Day Brunch and had the shrimp and grits. We drank mimosas and ate dessert even though we didn't finish our brunch. It is a sweet memory I made with my Mom. If you love to experience history, this is a living artifact of Greensboro's recent past.

We do not even have a dog, but we love dogs and the dog parent friends we have. Doggos is a dog park mashed up with an adult bar. They have food trucks sometimes, in the summer they have water hoses and kiddie pools for the dogs. Indoor and outdoor play areas. Dogs must have their up-to-date shot record to enter and there is a fee. It is FUN!!

This town is just north of Greensboro and is where Summerfield Farms is located.
Kernersville is between Greensboro and Winston-Salem. It is a rapidly growing suburb of both and has a cute downtown, a botanical garden, and Kerners Folly. This is also where my Mom, Dottie, same Dottie that is the Grandma Dottie Garden, Retreat Dottie. She has her own Airbnb in Kernersville, Quiet in Kernersville.
