Founded in 1845, it's still a busy hub for Art and Design to this day, and includes the famous Charles Rennie Mackintosh building which was affected in a fire in 2014, and now being renovated.
The School has a great souvenir shop, offers campus and city tours and is also home for The Reid gallery.

The 369 degrees view from the top of the tower is a must see and one of my favourite spots. It has great permanent exhibitions of Mackintosh & Macdonald and often interesting design exhibitions.
