This large food market is located 5 min walk from my appartment, between Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, on boulevard Magenta. It has everything: traditional food stalls (Italian, African, Portuguese, Asian, Moroccan, Lebanese, etc.) several butchers, 2 florists, 1 cafeteria ... and even a clothing alteration stand and a shoemaker.
