Get groceries at two major Grocery Store, shop at a Pharmacy, Bakery, Liquor Store, eat Breakfast, fast food lunches or up scale Dinners, stop for a quick coffee at my choice of coffee shops, run into Chapters or take in a show at the Theatre all within walking distance of each other! And that isn't even 1/2 of the establishments in the area. So upscale and convenient with lots of parking.

It's a pathway and elevated walkway over a meandering stream that leads to the river. It's fairly quiet as it's down in a ravine. There are interpretive signs that describe the nature which are interesting. Near to the river several trickles of water emerge from the ground and cascade down the hill side leaving mineral build up. There is a little over look of the river at the end and you can loop back up the hill. It's a nice little quiet walk through the trees, with some interesting water features.

Beautiful Park that you can go to for many reasons. A nice walk (the loop is just under 5km) but really easy to walk. There are lots of picnic areas with BBQs installed to have a nice family picnic. There also is a very nice restaurant to have dinner at (the restaurant is more of a date night then family dinner it is a little expensive). You can also rent canoes or paddle boats to go on the lagoon. For the kids there is a train ride, multiple playgrounds and a wading pool.
