Ski Resorts
We have multiple ski resorts. They are great places to ski and fun places to picnic and hike in summer months. Our favorites are Brighton (snowboarding) Alta (Skiing) and Deer Valley.
Gorgeous grounds sport flowers in the Spring and Summer. At Christmas you'll see a beautiful display of lights. If you are interested in Mormom Church History there are visitors centers and if you interested in your family ancestry, head over to the Joseph Smith Building which has a free geneology center inside. Even better, there are people to help with your search. Park at the City Creek Mall, enjoy some shooping and dining and then walk across the street.

Great place to go on a hike, picnic or short walk. We often walk from here. It's at the top of the hill. Turn right and walk until you see a church on the left. It is just past the Church. There are paved trails or many hikes up into the canyon.

If you walk down the hill and cross Dimple Dell road, you will be in Dimple Dell Canyon. It's a nice place to walk all year. Follow whatever trail suits your fancy. If you get lost, you can always see the houses to find your way back.

10600 S 1300 EIf you walk down the hill and cross Dimple Dell road, you will be in Dimple Dell Canyon. It's a nice place to walk all year. Follow whatever trail suits your fancy. If you get lost, you can always see the houses to find your way back.

Beautiful place to ski, hike, and picnic. They also offer excellent summer concerts. The Sunday Brunch at the Deer valley is also exceptional.

Liberty Park is the largest park in downtown SLC. It's a nice place to take a break from the hustle and bustle. Easy parking and walking trails, plus an aviary and duck pond.
