Pai Men Miyake opened in September, 2010 as Masa Miyake’s second restaurant in Portland. Meaning “100 noodles” in Japanese, the focus is on ramen with broths rich in pork, chicken, & vegetables. Although a more casual affair, the food shows the same quality and creative characteristics as the acclaimed dishes from the original Food Factory Miyake.
With a large sake list, a full bar, and the option of outdoor seating during the summer months, Pai Men is an ideal place to spend a night out on the town.
