The two parks close to the flat are Well Hall Pleasaunce, which has a wooden natural playground, and Eltham Park South with an amazing playground for all ages. Well Hall Pleasaunce is right next to Eltham station and Eltham Park South is about 10 minutes walk away from the property.
Lovely to walk around. Try out the historic Tudor Barn restaurant if you fancy English cuisine.
