Fun, flat, quiet little trail just off SW 240th Street near the house. Easy to walk. Parts of the trail collect water during rains, so be aware.

Also,, I’ve done Shinglemill Creek and it is very nice. It does have one very steep part,though, so keep that in mind if you have any

We recommend grocery shopping off-island when you can. Hours for all establishments on Vashon can be unpredictable, and restaurants can close for the day with no notice. For grocery shopping on the island, Vashon Thriftway is a great store: https://www.vashonthriftway.com/
