There are lots of delicious places to eat in the Capitol City, but listed below are a few of our favorites!
This is one of our family favorites in Tallahassee. The cuisine is all vegan/vegetarian and prepared on site. Their entrees and brunches never disappoint! Even our meat loving father loves this place! They have a great selection of beers, homemade lemon ginger aide, and desserts as well. The staff is friendly, there are board games, pool table, outdoor seating, and nightly entertainment to boot! Also close to FSU, FAMU, and the art district, Railroad Square.
Our favorite sandwich is the Tofu Bahn Mi - yummy!

One of the best places in Tally for coffee, espresso, and homemade chai. They also have a handful of homemade meals that changes daily and there is often a vegan selection. The atmosphere is fun and the coffee shop is often filled with college students working on laptops. There are also two nice outdoor spaces to sit - one street side in front and a more secluded area in the back. Walking distance to many other bars, restaurants, Railroad Square art district, and both FSU and FAMU campuses.

Publix is the Southeastern grocery chain that has won the loyalty of many, including Vikki and Huck. Every store is clean and the staff are always very helpful! This location is the closest one to Huck Finn's Hideaway.

If you know about Trader Joe's then you know they offer specialty items that are unique and delicious! This is the only one in Tallahassee and is a bit of a drive from Huck Finn's Hideaway but worth it if your in the market for them!

Cascades park is our favorite park in all of Tally! Designed to process the water run-off from the streets, this park boats a waterfall, a splash pad, a kids' slide and discovery zone, walking/running path, two restaurants, and the Capital City Amphitheater. This is an amazing place and wifi is provided here free from the city of Tallahassee. During the summer season free family movies are offered some evenings on the lawn, along with local food trucks and lots of family fun!
