Here are few adventures to consider when you are staying in Playas Del Coco. These would be my recommendations from personal experience.

OH! Love love love this place! If you would like to add this hostel to your adventures and head up to Arenal before or after your stay in Coco, this is the place! Located on the other side of Lake Arenal. Ozkar and Mari will take you on adventures off the beaten path if you are so interested. We have stayed here as a family for 3 years and will continue to for many years to come. Very affordable, and the owners know the area perfectly!

OH! Love love love this place! If you would like to add this hostel to your adventures and head up to Arenal before or after your stay in Coco, this is the place! You can order a Cosada and not be disappointed per the picture on the left. Their fried chicken is awesome also. Yes, Costa Rica has fried chicken! So good!
This is one of our favorite small beaches in the area. Crystal clear water with black sand. Beautiful tide pools and excellent snorkeling. About an 8 minute drive from Coco.

Great staff and great instructors at this dive shop! If you want to get your fins wet for the first time or get certified, check them out. The offerings here are incredible!

Adventures to be found here! Longest zip line in Costa Rica and the Superman is not to be missed! And if you are not into flying through the air, their Eco Park is incredible. Our favorite part is the Blue Morpho habitat!

350 east RIU HotelAdventures to be found here! Longest zip line in Costa Rica and the Superman is not to be missed! And if you are not into flying through the air, their Eco Park is incredible. Our favorite part is the Blue Morpho habitat!
