Bellingham's beer scene is EXPLODING and there are now a dozen to choose from, but we frequent Aslan for their excellent bar food and award winning organic brews. Since you're close to Canada, you may as well order a poutine cause its the best in town.

Obviously Fred Meyer has got it all, so its a handy place to have nearby. Lakeway Drive gets a little busy during rush hour so you might consider a short walk instead of a frustrating drive.
